QUICK DRYING SEMI-GLOSS COMPLIANT COATING - REF: - 53L16

A quick drying zinc phosphate paint suitable for over coating blast cleaned steel.  Specially formulated to enable 100 microns dry film thickness to be achieved in a single coat application.  Suitable for application by airless spray.

SURFACE PREPARATION

 

Ensure surface is free from rust, moisture, oil or other surface contamination.  Blast clean to BS 4232:1967 or Second quality - Swedish standard 2.5.

 

APPLICATION

 

CONVENTIONAL SPRAY AT 60°C

Nozzle Size 18-21 thou, Fan Angle - 80°, Tip Pressure 2000-2500 p.s.i.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

Refer to M.S.D.S. prior to use.  Xylene Based Products

 

Provide adequate ventilation.  Prolonged skin contact inhalation of vapour must be avoided.  Eye contamination  - Flush with eyewash or warm water for 10 mins.  Clean hands after use.
