METALGUARD QUICK DRYING HAMMERED FINISH

Metalguard is a quick drying hammer finish for application onto metal surfaces.  Its high technical performance gives good results when applied over rust or other metal surfaces.  A minimum of two coats required to achieve the specified film thickness.

SURFACE PREPARATION

 

Ensure surface is free from dust, grease and flaking rust.

 

APPLICATION

 

Brush or spray.  For spraying applications use only Thinners No. 5.  Apply 2^nd and 3^rd within 30 minutes of each other.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

Refer to M.S.D.S. prior to use. Xylene Based Products

 

Provide adequate ventilation.  Prolonged skin contact inhalation of vapour must be avoided.  Eye contamination  - Flush with eyewash or warm water for 10 mins.  Clean hands after use.
