HIGH BUILD EPOXY ZINC PHOSPHATE PRIMER - REF: - 54L4

A high performance two pack polyamide epoxy primer for the anticorrosive protection of shot blasted steel.  It provides excellent resistance to a wide range of testing environments and complies with BS 5493 REF: KP1A.

SURFACE PREPERATION

 

Ensure surface is free from rust, moisture, oil or other surface contamination.  Blast clean to BS 4232 1967 or Second quality - Swedish standard SA 2.5.

 

APPLICATION

 

AIRLESS SPRAY               Nozzle Size 18-21 thou, Fan Angle - 80°, Tip Pressure 2000-2500 p.s.i.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

Refer to M.S.D.S. prior to use.  Epoxy Based Products

 

 

Provide adequate ventilation.  Prolonged skin contact inhalation of vapour must be avoided.  Eye contamination  - Flush with eyewash or warm water for 10 mins.  Clean hands after use.
