A high build anti corrosive primer/finish.  This product is particularly suitable for all kinds of metal, especially wrought.  The anti corrosive and weathering properties are excellent.

SURFACE PREPARATION

 

Ensure surface is free from rust, moisture, oil or other surface contamination.  Blast clean to BS 4232:1967 or Second quality - Swedish standard 2.5.

 

APPLICATION                  Brush, roll or conventional spray

 

AIRLESS SPRAY               Nozzle size 18-21thou, Fan Angle - 80°, Tip Pressure 2000 - 2500 p.s.i.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

Refer to M.S.D.S. prior to use.  Xylene Based Products

 

Provide adequate ventilation.  Prolonged skin contact inhalation of vapour must be avoided.  Eye contamination  - Flush with eyewash or warm water for 10 mins.  Clean hands after use.
