HIGH BUILD SEMI MATT VINYL FINISH - REF: - 66L70

A high build anti-corrosive primer/finish with superior adhesion to all substrates.  This product is particularly suitable for one coat application to galvanised steel and aluminium without the need for etch primers or other pre treatment.  The anticorrosive and weathering properties are exceptional.  Do not use directly onto phosphate washed galvanised steel.

SURFACE PREPARATION

 

Ensure surface is free from rust, moisture, oil or other surface contamination.  Blast clean to BS 4232:1967 or Second quality - Swedish standard 2.5.

 

APPLICATION

 

AIRLESS SPRAY               Nozzle size 18-21thou, Fan Angle - 80°, Tip Pressure 2000 - 2500 p.s.i.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

Refer to M.S.D.S. prior to use. Xylene Based Products

 

Provide adequate ventilation.  Prolonged skin contact inhalation of vapour must be avoided.  Eye contamination  - Flush with eyewash or warm water for 10 mins.  Clean hands after use.
